How do I get it to pc an item? Also what I don't get is people say junk is worth loads but I list stuff with usable mods and near max stats and I'm told merch even though the bot recommends pc

Look at what people are typing to trigger it to activate. And because only a few mods are saught after. Just because its a usable mod that is max or near max, doesnt mean its wanted.
