Pre-nerf stopped dropping in 2006, charr kits were introduced in 2007. There is no overlap

I guess someone could've held onto their vamp item, salvaged it after a year or two and put it on the moa quest sword. Seems weird tho

yea 1/-1 is prenerf. If you're looking for a PC, it's impossible to say. Really up to buyer discretion. My guess would be 1,000+ BD easily.

This has actual value for deathleveling pets so its also more than a collector item, especially since its 1handed and you can use the quest focus with -20hp

Wasn't there pre nerf inherents also? Like 13% +dmg while armor -10 or something like that? Not counting the double vamp (dmg +10 hp -1 reg)
