If it was Q0 it would not be merch food.

%14 HTS is where it starts to be interesting, but ye +6 e and the low dmg kills the vipe for an QX staff

Why are q0 interesting? I saw a healing one gor for 65 BD on auction.

This is also max for q1, so just as collectible as q0 (max for q1 and q0 is the same for wands/staves)

Unfortunatly no, max damage is the same for q0/q1, but max q1 is 14/7/7-11
