I am missing a lot of downloads. I started the game. I let it downoad the cc content and it still happens. Verified files mutiple time. Do i need to download all of the cc content that is available or only the content that autodownloads?

You dont need all of them. Just the ones that autodownload. For some reason it was not installing them. Had to clean install again...
