Hey, this is my first time using a wabbajack modlist. So my problem is that when I try to launch Keizaal, it simply gets stuck on the "The application..." Mod Organizer pop-up, and even after like half an hour, the game doesn't launch. (I didn't click 'Unlock'). In Task Manager I see "Skyrim Special Edition" and Mod Organizer as running.
I also get a pop-up that says, "the designated read target creation kit is not enabled". I honestly don't know this means, help appreciated.

Creating an Empty mod named "Creation Kit" and then enabling it as mentioned by Wyvern worked for me 😁
