Hey guys, whats your expierience with youtube names? I've had this one for 8 years, but now that I start to take content creation seriously, I started to get paranoid that its too hard to pronounce and might be a reason my videos will get less exposure. (Talking about Teeles, my niche would be something like technoblade or mrpancake, telling bizzare stories from my life)

Ive found that a name can impact views but not when it comes to push. Me personally I find myself returning to watch creators with catchy names or rememberable names. I think the name Teeles is fine since its easy to say and remember. The only problem I can see happening early on is if you or someone else recommended your channel without seeing how its spelt they might search "tealess" or "teals" (im not sure how its pronounced)
this......
Yes, it was exactly the problem I was worrying about. But others told me it shouldnt be this bad to pronounce, so Ill let it stay. ty for the opinion.
Im still working on it to be honest
I always used Tealess, but people find saying teels more natural in english
