i would put the title on the thumbnail personally

I would make the person bigger, same with the device, put the closer together and make them use 2/3rds of the rule of the thirds middle point. Blur the flag a tiny amount, and add a drop shadow to all, and changing the green glow to white

Green on red…doesn’t work well

If you made this in photoshop or affinity designer, or anything layer based, I could make an example of what I would do with the thumbnail if you give me the project file

There are some more changes I could add like a vignette and stuff, but I think this gets the idea I had across very well

I'm also not sure about the background, but I didn't want to change up your design too much
