Ngl, it was a couple weeks before support got back to me and then a few days after they confirmed some details
But out of the three or four times I’ve had to contact them, every other time was just a few days. I initially got in touch just before a new year launched so I think they were busy getting that ready
Well they r in progress but no confirm of it being done
