Tbh, for me they're usually meh besides the no collisions. The downhill gear in deepsnow and the bikes with less grip take some of the fun out of it. I think the newer players would appreciate having a go with the metas, instead of dealing with slippery and slower. Also the hoverboard can be a chore in MRs. It just doesn't have the turning capability to match it's speed. Almost the opposite with the snowmobile. It's fast, but can be too twitchy. Still more fun than the hoverboard tho imo. The rocketskis are fun and challenging, but I personally have a time with them due to the air control issue (It's bad with all the random air caught with those). Would like to see more surfboard in deepsnow sections tho. I think that would be a fun switch.
A lot of the times I feel like the specials are an advertisement for the weekly shop. It's been nice this week to be wearing our own outfits for these. Would like to see specials that revolve around seasons or holidays with alterations/decorations to the maps instead of just the players. This would help freshen up the maps we've all played so much too.
It's been nice to see the improvements and variations to the MRs. Please keep it up!

Wow, 4ager pretty much covered it but I'll chime in as well. I'm pretty much in agreement when it comes to equipment choices, usually when we get an 'all elites' load-out, there's one potato in there: a bike with low grip on muddy tracks (bad) or downhill skis in a deep snow section (better but still annoying). As far as funkies, it's rocketskis > snowmobile > hoverboard. I skip the hoverboard races, it's more infuriating than fun with how that thing turns and more importantly how you get absolutely yeeted to the moon randomly when you just slightly bump into something. The RNG is too strong in that one.
We were running the jumbo bike races last night and the best part was that the bike opened up a bunch of new routes due to it's all-terrain abilities so we were finding new short cuts here and there on every run. It really felt like the early days when tracks were still being hunted. We had a helluva night
