Okay, so I've just finished my 18th bike race yesterday, and now I'm looking for the 19th, but when I search for new on my map, it isn't showing up... Any advice?

Make sure you check the live events aswell, sometimes new events are hidden there.
Check in mammoth for 19th chapter.
