Only thing I've seen in mass races is sometimes a player would start a couple seconds before the 3, 2, 1 countdown ends, but that's a bug not a cheater

Y'all are just getting gapped by very good players and calling them out for cheating
I guess that's how they sometimes get reported for no reason
