It's rather unclear what the extra effects ("massive debuffs" and "much higher" effective singularity) really are. I feel that this would also work well with the specific info on the EXALT 6/8 effects.

effective sing doesnt make much sense on its own, so there should be a short explanation of it somewhere (maybe on the perk/penalty subtab?)
