I input my steam key and my game is listed under kickstarter alpha. I installed the game but it's somehow still on my wishlist. When I went to run it all I got was a black screen.

If you right click the game, go into properties-> betas and click on the dropdown window where it says Kickstarter alpha, does it show anything for you?

And let me know if it does anything. It shouldn’t still be listing it as alpha in your library, so if you can maybe also use the library search bar and type in Sunnyside

It’s possible your anti virus or windows defender is blocking the application. It did that to me and I had to check it manually, I didn’t get a pop up

A black screen can indicate unreal or SunnySide files are being blocked by an antivirus. If you have a quarantine folder check there.
