Game crashes upon launch on Steam

Did you have mods installed

I found if it was saved/autosaved near or at your main base, this occurs. Once you return to your base it will crash the game though.

im just gonna reinstall the game and see if that does smth

reinstalling did not fix it

so im assuming its bc of something from the recent update

it didnt do this before the update

Clean all grounded 2 files in Appdata , mb it can fix it

did that and it still crashed, so i checked my entire pc for anything of relevance, still crashed. but installing the game on my other drive worked

idk what is on the original drive that keeps crashing the game but it works now

Hello all, I am experiencing all the issues highlighted above. I’m on Xbox. I was first thrown out the game when I was building a little hut next to my new base, also using weed stems if that makes any difference. Every time I load into the game I seem to be able to anywhere within my base and the world but as soon as I get close to the little hut I was building I’m thrown out. If I try and peep this also throws me out instantly. I’ve tried reaching developers. Any advice on how to fix this?

Any chance the drive your game was installed on was either an NVMe or in a RAID array?

Also any chance you tried moving it back to the original drive?
