Hi everyone, I have a problem: the save files I created, after closing, took forever to "process" when I tried to log in again. Then, one day, it stopped and started loading the save files on the first try. Now, since the beginning of the month, it's back to displaying the "processing" message at the top of the screen and won't load any of the save files. Anyone else?

When my world corrupted, I managed to save it by creating a copy of the world

I can't even get into mine to make the copy, it kind of freezes while processing it.

Since the latest update of Grounded 2, I can no longer save, load, delete, or rename save games on my Xbox Series S — neither in the main menu nor during gameplay. The save management screen remains permanently stuck in "Edit Mode," even inside an active game. The issue occurs immediately, even with completely new save files.

I have already tried all common troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, reinstalling the game, deleting both local and cloud data) without success. I suspect the issue is caused by corrupted server-side account or profile data.

Is this complicated or have you tried talking to support? I can only play now through the cloud unfortunately, but I always try to download the game again to see if it worked but so far nothing.

I reported it to games support but haven't gotten a response yet. And I play the game directly from the hard drive and not from the cloud and I also bought it directly from the store and don't play it from the Game Pass.
