But I checken everything I need for 100% and the only thing I can Image that is missing is the mutation.

you can save your game before going big and just reload it after it tells you a hint as to what you're missing if you don't get 100%A

Just make sure you buy EVERYTHING in the science shop

#

and peep everything

#

collect all hidden boss notes (theres 8 in base game, 10 in ng+)

#

Get all scabs and locations (one is the remix.r and a scab is in there too)
