dude why are there so many different shades for each kpi? overall you've used different shades of blue which don't add to visual hierarchy. would like to know why. the colours for donut chart also seem isolated, you've used values for all kpi's but for target achievement you deicded to go with an icon. this seems a lot of work you've put together but i believe you could benefit from some inspirations on dribble or behance for dashboards and also colour hierarchy
