How to do a menu animation

So as you can probably see from the picture im trying to do a animation for this menu, although i cant press on "change to", any fix?

Hey @kindred spade Change to only works in component sets. You probably want to have these as 3 variants in a set!

your second andthird things dont seem to be simple frames

or do you have all three in that one frame?

I’m away from my mac rn but it’s supposed to be 3 different frames

yeah but it seems like the 3 frames are all within one bigger frame. thats why you can do scroll to interactions and thats why the second and third ones dont have a name in the left upper corner.

i did them as rectangles, but for some reason i think they became a frame when i made them a component. Im not very sure as im new to figma

i would advice not using rectangles, and use frames.

Can you collapse things? like which one is the first one and which one is the secon one and which one is the third one

Like what is component 2, wht is component 1?

so these 3 diferent things need to be 3 different frames

right now all of these are just random rectangles and ellipses and stuff in one big frame

you also need to make sure that the same layers have the same names in each of the frames

hmmm im not sure why they became one big frame, cuz i dont recognise doing that.
