Hello guys, I need some help to understand where I'm going wrong or what im doing wrong with figma... basically everytime i come to exporting it seems to be exporting in 4-bit although it should be doing it in 8-bit, so I'm highly confused as i feel like ive done nothing different, could someone please help with this?

Could you take a screenshot of your export settings?

Apparently figma always export to 32 bit on PNG export
So you have to use photoshop or something similar to export it to how you want it
I'm not totally sure btw, just what i could find about it online

@crisp kernel thank you for your info back it seems that everything is normal on the settings, - 1 x suffix PNG so nothing is changed on that, but its just random one moment it works then the next it doesnt

Does the size of your frame change anything? @gloomy frigate (i don't think it should but maybe its a bug?)
And is it an option for you to export it to 4x and adjust the export trough photoshop?

so i think it randomly comes down to when using the app i come out with the final outcome of 4-bit when i run it through Tiny PNG.com, but if i download down from the web brouser version and do the same it comes out as 8-bit
so strange but bascially the app doesnt like me haha
