Hii all,
I need some help with a project. I'm working on creating a form, but I'm stuck on designing the tabs. I have five tabs, each with long text, and they're taking up too much space. I need to fit them into the left box. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should design this?

I had an idea to design the tabs like old Windows tabs, but I'm worried it might be hard to use for older people. This form is for users aged 35-50, so it needs to be as easy to use as possible.

I feel like this design is pretty confusing for someone who rarely uses computers because the tabs change positions. When you press a tab (e.g., Security), it goes down and another tab goes up, and vice versa.
I also can't do it like this because they can't see the tab that they going to open.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I already try It, I just confuse with the design that I need to make, because I need to make it user friendly.
