got a really simple one level page. How to quickly and easily turn it into html?

There is no shortcut to it. Either try to learn HTML and css, or find someone to develop it for you!

if you design it well, using FIgma right, and you have some basic understanding of html and css, translating it from one to another is not bad!

There are some plugins that take longer, are more convoluted and a bigger pain to use then the hhr to learn html
