The Deck is incomplete so i need sugestions in that field

At the moment, it looks like the deck is moving into two directions: aggressive vampires, that want to stay on the board and become a big army. And then there is the idea that you want to wipe the board and have resilience, eventually taking them out because the vampires never seem to stay dead. Which direction do you prefer?

It's more fun than simply spawn things

half belfry
#

Then perhaps you can lean more into the aristocratsy side of vampires. Where they just love to die and live again.

half belfry
#

I would recommend looking for vampires that have 'graveyard' 'die' or 'sacrifice' in their text box. (I assume you are somewhat versed in the advanced scryfall search option?)

Easiest thing to do is just going to the advanced search section. Put the text you'd like to see on the card in the 'Text' section. Select Vampire in the 'Type line' section. Select the colors of your commander in your 'Commander' section.

#

You could also look for 'vampire' in the text and not look for 'vampire' as the type. Because some cards that relate to vampires may not be vampires themselves.

And the rest of permanents are going in the direcction i want?

Hi Jonnyschweer

@steady vine Could I suggest something like [[Vona's Hunger]] for cheap board contro;

I would say they're not at odds with your plan. Not a big fan of Temple of the False God though. And perhaps you'll find that eventually permanents that care more about dying and coming back are more relevant as permanents that care about draining life. But, of course, vampires are known for being bloodsuckers, so who knows, they might fit in after all. 🙂

#

Drawing cards is probably also something you'll want more of in your deck.

blazing dragon
#

a few other card might be
[[Crippling Fear]]
[[Golden Demise]]
[[Harsh Mercy]]
[[Sparring Regimen]]
[[Spear of Helios]]

For some passive life gain
[[Tablet of the Guilds]]

brittle sedgeBOT
blazing dragon
#

you could probably swap the Damnation for Harsh Mercy, you get to keep your own creatures.

half belfry
#

Ah, Harsh Mercy is kind of terrible against another kindred deck though, so it depends a bit on your playgroup perhaps.

#

I'm not a big fan of passive lifegain. It kind of slows the game down and often doesn't really get you closer to where you want to be.

#

Lifelink is a bit more powerful, both in gaining life, as well as rewarding you for attacking with creatures, which can also push the game forwards a bit.

#

Crippling Fear seems pretty nice though 🙂

blazing dragon
#

for game options there's [[Silverquil Command]]

brittle sedgeBOT
blazing dragon
#

if you'd like to be a bit of a donk, you can pair Crippling Fear / Golden Demise with Rise of the Dark Realms

steady vine
#

okey, im going to see the cards and modifi the deck before anything else

blazing dragon
#

I must say, it's a pretty solid deck

#

Keep up the good work

steady vine
blazing dragon
#

Plus Spear of Heliod is a lighter (more targeted version) of No Mercy but buffs your creatures

#

I do like you have Vona, butcher of Magan and Elandra the Dusk Rose, so you could (theoretically) can swap between the three as commanders

steady vine
blazing dragon
#

I think Dracula would be best as a "primary" commander with Elandra as a 2nd choice.
I'm just pointing out that there's the option of swapping between the three

blazing dragon
#

Then again, I do like picking a deck idea / theme and building around it, makes it easier to pick multiple Legendary creatures that I can swap between them

is it whort runing [[Profane Procession]]?

brittle sedgeBOT
#

Legendary Enchantment
mana3manawmanab: Exile target creature. Then if there are three or more cards exiled with Profane Procession, transform it.
Vona sought a conqueror. Mavren sought a savior. Both found what they sought . . .

Tomb of the Dusk Rose
Legendary Land
(Transforms from Profane Procession.)
manat: Add one mana of any color.
mana2manawmanab, manat: Put a creature card exiled with this permanent onto the battlefield under your control.
. . . resting in the splendor of the dead.

blazing dragon
#

Shimmering Grotto?
Crumbling Vestige?
Crystal Vein?

half belfry
# steady vine is it whort runing [[Profane Procession]]?

Not a fan, that is 8 mana for a removal spell. And if it gets to stick around you can put 10 more mana in to turn it in to a land that you can pour 4 more mana in to get something cool. Bit too much of a distraction from your main plan most likely.

blazing dragon
#

The abilities of Profane Procession are nice, tough seems a pinch expensive

steady vine
blazing dragon
#

like Family Feud --DING-- SURVEY SAYS!! it's not really a good choice

steady vine
#

I think that [[Ondu Inversion]] is whorth to the deck

brittle sedgeBOT
steady vine
#

@blazing dragon @half belfry well most of the deck is complete but i need 5 more cards

#

I think i would add cards for drawing

blazing dragon
#

There's Font of Mythos and Holing Mine for card draw.
For some control, there's Arrest and Oblivion Ring

steady vine
#

Thnks

blazing dragon

welcome

brittle sedgeBOT

No card found for “Caged Song”

blazing dragon

As a thought [[Caged Sun]]
it's an all round boot to your deck
-- creature buff
-- mana ramp

and fits ever-so-nicely into the blood-sucher deck ... I suppose you've successfully found a way to keep the theme of the deck
