Budgetizing This Fire Lord Azula Deck?

Hey everyone, since I like shooting myself in the foot, I really want to buld a bracket 2 deck out of this Azula Avatar "precon" I found on MTG Goldfish, though I need replacements for the really expensive cards in here, like Wan Shi Tong or Avatar Roku, Firebender. Is there anything you could suggest?

for Avatar Roku, Firebender: Moonveil Dragon

They both reduce the striking power of the deck a little bit, but fulfill a similar role.

Fated Firepower is something you would probably flash in to close out the game; to that end, [[dictate of the twin gods]] could replace it (I know it's symmetrical, but when you play fated Firepower you're probably trying to end the game that turn anyway)

I gotta go to work now but my general recommendation to find budget replacements is this:

1. Look up the card to be replaced on tagger.scryfall.com
2. Find the relevant tag(s) that need to be included in the budget replacement
3. Search for those tags on scryfall with otag:tag-name-here

For example, I found those last two options with ci:ubr otag:change-target
