New Player Building a Nightmare Tribal, What Do?

Hi everyone! As the title suggests, I've been in love with the design of nightmare creatures from day one, especially the 'Fear of...' type of cards, though I know next to nothing when it comes to building a viable commander deck, so I'd appreciate any pointers or suggestions yall might have, thanks! 😄

How many color do you want ?

Bc it’s such a niche type that depend on what color picking commander might be important

Doesn't really matter to me, as long as I get to include at least one of the Fears

A horror tribal would also be acceptable to make, as I don't think that many cards care for pother nightmares?
