Hey, so, I'm pretty new to deckbuilding, and I made a silly thing I would love some input on: https://moxfield.com/decks/BccnW5SmjE6pejHqwW8jMg
This is a not-so-secret commander deck, where a good chunk of the ramp package doubles as nonbasic land tutors so I can get Dark Depths + Thespian's Stage to get a Marit Lage.
After I do that, this essentially becomes a voltron deck. Protect the secret commander, give it trample, apply power fist to face.
Except, instead of power boosts, which I largely don't need since the old lady is 20/20 already, I have some "create a copy of target creature except it's not legendary" effects.
These fulfill a bunch of roles: they protect me from exile/return to hand effects, they let me steal enemy creatures if they have something cool, and they let me double my landfall triggers if I don't have Marit Lage yet so I can get to her quicker.
Another quirk of the deck is I need to run a ton of land recursion since that's the only way I can get Marit Lage back if she does get exiled/controlled/returned to hand. I also have a few counterspells, some phase out, some hexproofing, but at the end of the day land recursion seems to be the main way I can protect her.
I chose Aesi as the face commander because he can act as a draw engine that gets me to Marit Lage faster. But his high mana cost makes me think there's got to be a better idea - in playtests, I often end up getting Marit Lage out before getting my 6th land out...
I'm trying to keep the theme of the deck to "marit lage voltron", so I got rid of a bunch of alternate wincons on purpose, like "landfall: each opponent losed 1 life" effects or "landfall: create a 4/4 beast" type stuff. (...I still have a scute swarm, but it's on the chopping block if I find something funnier)
I'm looking for general feedback since I have very little experience with deckbuilding, and I'm especially curious if this deck concept makes you think of cards I haven't found or thought of.

(You may cast this card from your hand for its warp cost. Exile this creature at the beginning of the next end step, then you may cast it from exile on a later turn.)
