It’s a great flicker commander. Specifically, the treasure effect doesn’t give you more lands, so as long as you meet the conditions for it, you can get treasure every time you flicker it.

Azorious flicker id probably better, but mono white flicker is perfectly serviceable. It’s still quite strong, just on the 99 alone

Yeah, there are, brago just bounces your entire board every time it attacks and it has flying.

Repeated ETB’s that draw you cards, destroy things and untap your lands. Overwhelm your opponents with value basically.

It’s a control deck ideally.

So that decks goal is similar to brago where you want to re-use mainly enchantments that make opponents discard cards and kill creatures.

Stuff like Beeza and creatures that etb and make tokens will make you a stronger board state and gradually prevent your opponents from doing anything
