so friend of mine whos new to MTG also new to commander has asked I try to make him a cute rock deck. he wants rocks.

so i figure dmaybe elementals? need ideas.

Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer abd Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith... now to find golems that are rock themed as well as the many mana rocks needed to get the mana to put such rocks onto the fields

also i dont think the ice golem would work in this deck since its mana cost requires snow

Any cards you think would be good for the deck just place it into a side board.

Have the main deck stick to being “rocks” and the side board can be things that actually synergize spite not fitting the theme

I told em I think he should allow non rocks into his deck. Cause theirs some cards that exist that turn artifacts into monsters. Then he could turn his rocks into monsters as well as make his rocks capable of equipping over rocks to throw rocks.
