make a bunch of tokens and slowly chip away?
the pure discounters don't seem greatwhen you have 20+ spells that don't have discountable costs

archmage of runes is good because at least you get extra draw
if you're going to insist on playing single target removal, i would replace most of the bad blue ones with better white ones
Sure. Pongify and rapid hybrid are good? But opinions, opinions. Also you win by playing low mana cost spells and then getting a lotta tokens and card draw.
And using divining top to cycle through stuff you don’t want.
i would only play pong and hybrid when you're in only izzet
when you have access to white, you have better options that can either hit more permanent types and/or exile
Alright, I understand. A win condition of the deck is also to like mystical tutor one of your better enchantments to the top and then flashing it in or playing it. Stuff like that, casting the one mana cards makes your commander a good attacker.

none of your spells give evasion though, so you can do all this cantrippy prowess stuff and have your commander just to get chumped by any thing
So replace some of the one mana cantrips with small buffers to help creatures do more dmg?

i would cut the discounters first
only keep the ones that do something meaningfully extra like archmage of runes

with all the 1 mana spells, you don't wanna spend another 2 mana to flip into a creature

Like giving it +2/+0 and death touch for example

counters work well in a deck like this since you can hold up mana for potential threats, but if no one does anything you care about countering, you can just draw cards instead
