Yeah really in any type of commander there is a lot of times you focus on a top or bottom of a text box. That said any Saga worth running getting looted into the graveyard isn't the worst thing.
You will use the bottom half sometimes but, mostly the top half.
Like [[Linvala Sea Gate]] decks often ignore the whole full party part in regular commander.
