Sometimes it doesn't come together. What's the biggest failed upgrade and why? Would you recommend that card to other people and other decks?

I tried changing [[Animar]] to a [[Keruga]] companion deck. When the change to companion happened it became really awkward to move Keruga into my hand to cast.

Yeah, that doesn't surprise me -- companion got nerfed HARD, which is a shame since most of the companions were pretty fair in commander
