Been making some changes to this list but it has just not been performing well at all. Thought I’d post here for advice.

I do have some thoughts, but will take me some time, busyish day etc.
My first off the cuff recommendations are, [[myojin tower]] and [[hard scale]] [[kami hope]] [[lae champi]] either ozolith, [[vigor]] as some options

Myojin of Towering Might enters the battlefield with an indestructible counter on it if you cast it from your hand.
Remove an indestructible counter from Myojin of Towering Might: Distribute eight +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures you control. They gain trample until end of turn.

Funny you meantion Laezel, she was in the list for a while but got cut to make room for some of the newer upgrades. I’d throw her back in but I’d just as soon find that enchantment that does a similar thing
I’m interested to see your thoughts in more detail when you’ve got the time though, always looking for suggestions

Just because the haste is excellent and it naturally emphasizes +1+! Counters.
Plus Trampling over to push for damage is clutch.
Oh thats a spicy one! I have a few ways to give trample already, but redundancy is always good!

something I really dont GET why people ignore to add in a +1 counter decks are Bloated Contaminator, and Contaminant Grafter Yes they have toxic but they both are solid bodies and proliferate on contact. I mean yes having to contact an opponent can be difficult but they are decent cards

I mean the toxic is nice but the abilities are really good especially since grafter itself doesnt have to attack to trigger and a 3cc to 4/4 body is good rate regardless.

Proliferate is nice but like...putting 1 more counter isnt all that great when there are ways to just double the amount they already have. Plus poison as a 1-off effect is kinda hard to justify most of the time since it draws some extra attention that can get some people salty.
I imagine with the red terror and other bits we can do that salty is always going to be a problem. I mean i intend to scurry oak + rosie of cotton lane as the other set of combo in here which will do the same thing as terror as a go wide backup plan/total table kill.
I think the land count is superlow for the mana curve. Would add 3 at least. Other than that, I would suggestFelidar Retreat and Defiler of Vigor, these guys put in quite some work for me.
Would cut the Red Terror tho, as it's kinda anti-climatic
uhhh I would NEVER remove that since it is literally a 2 card combo with the commander and instakills the table
Yes, it's why I would remove it. It's a very basic combo, easier to pull off than Consult+Thoracle in a deck that is otherwise not at all competitve
Basic doesn't mean BAD. Also why should a deck give up one of the ways to WIN. I go to play commander to actually win or at least defeat my opponents. Can I have a good time doing so talking joking and engaging other people and still spank the table? Yes I can.
I mean sure, there is nothing wrong with wanting to win, but either way, it's not gonna happen with 32 lands in a list like that
even if the deck had 36 lands, the avg. cmc would still be really high
eh they do have 13 red sources which is minimum but yeah adding 4 land would probly help consistancy
