So, a while back, like, around 2019 or so, I made Vorosh the Hunter deck, but I broke it apart this year. I still have a lot of the chaff I used, so I could rebuild it better and meaner, but, for it to be as good as I want it to be. The original idea was too slow and commander dependent. My overall goal is to make a commander deck with all the planar chaos dragons. At the moment I’m missing 8 cards to add

Just need 8 more cards to add and probably suggestions for replacements/additions for the deck
maybe some flying removal to make deal with pesky flying blockers. [[plumet]] for example.
also maybe the 3 familiars from commander legends? https://scryfall.com/search?as=grid&order=name&q=familiar+type%3Alegendary+commander%3AUBG
one gives indestructable, the other ward3, and the last gives deathtouch.
also maybe some graveyard reanimation? Vorash will die, whether to removal or random board wipes. that 6+commander tax will add up fast.
Yeah. Originally my first list was either swing big with vorosh, or slow war of attrition with the rest of the deck. But it was slow.
Would [[Arashi]] work?
Multiple cards match “Arashi”, can you be more specific?
[[Arashi, the Sky asunder]] for its activated effect
Also makes no sense this doesnt have flying.
Yeah, i don't know. The issue with Vorash is that it cost 6 mana, then takes another 3 mana to get the trigger. That's assuming he survives a round.
Had similar issues with [[Rith the awakener]].
not saying Vorash is a bad commander, but you got a lot of hoops to jump through. Have you thought about any core Sultai strategies you could build and just have Vorash as commander?
I’ve build Rith the Awakener and it usually manages to get enough triggers to become stupid. Reason is cuz I tend to ramp before I get him going, so not worried about that. Also, not very familiar with Sultai, so this was my go-to. Also wanted to expand on their core abilities
You must have more of a battle cruiser meta than I do. Or at least not as combo-y.
I’ve managed to get Rith out turn 4

: Arashi, the Sky Asunder deals X damage to target creature with flying.
