So the merger should have two prefabs available, one is for the quest scene. Did you use the merger or manually add it to the avatar?

Merger should have added the paramaters to your avatar

Well the awtter pack hasn't been updated for 3.0

Try removing the back pack with the merger and try again. Also make sure you are using the separate scenes for PC and Quest avatar, this makes it less confusing.

If I had to guess, the menu of PC version of the backpack was merged into the Quest.
