#Penspear Softlock

Somehow I managed to pickup a third penspear (shown in the bottom right of the first picture) by using ranged grab. Thought it was kinda funny at first, until I eventually got to the Quadblade arena, which I was able to place the first Penspear fine, but then when trying to place the second, the dialogue doesn't give the option to place, only to leave/walk away as though I have not collected the second Penspear.

This has completely softlocked me since slaying the Quadblade is a goal for the main questline.

Thank you whomever may be looking into this issue.

Overall though, pretty good game, except the couple issues, but they seem to be pretty quick on the up take for getting the bigger issues. That map one annoyed me for so long
