Hello, I would like to report something, I have already achieved all the achievements except 1, the spiral heart one, as you can see in the image it is the only achievement that I am missing, the problem is that this achievement is for unlocking all the other achievements ( As far as I know) I have already unlocked all the achievements, but it still hasn't given it to me.
I got the game from epic games, I'm from Mexico. I am sorry for my bad english

Don't be a <<strong bad word>> about it, if it was easy it would've been solved. It's the platform (EGS), that is broken. The achievement is unlockable in Steam and GoG, if I'm not mistaken.
I'm sure if the DEVS have a clear path to a solution, would've implemented it already.

Funny you mention that, it's the next thing we're going to try. The email chain is over 30 messages long now, so we might as well just try to remove it (also from what they said you gain the "plat trophy" when you unlock all achievements anyway, so there's no need for a special achievement in game for it)

Is it possible to move my saves and achievements (buy the game on) to another storefront like GoG or Steam?
I plan to buy a Grime bundle when 2 is released, I'm sick and tired of EGS shenanigans. Grime is third or forth game, that I own, to have similar issues with achievements.

What do you say this time? Don't blame Epic, the problem on your side, is that you don't pay attention to this problem. If you really paid attention, the problem would be solved in a couple of days. Seriously, you are not solving the problem of the global crisis.

Hey @dusty summit, I know this issue has been taking much longer than it should and I apologize for that. I have been, and still am, on furlough this month, so I'm not as available as I'd like to be for this problem. This, combined with our rep's vacation time, results in delays I'm uncomfortable with. I have followed up with our rep even though I'm not technically supposed to. I'll share any updates as they come. Everything looks OK, except that the progress bar remains visible on the achievements page, usually it disappears when platinum received.
