how do I add that?
edit the desktopfile
on KDE, you can do that by rightclicking the kickoff/launcher (the start menu)
then Edit Applications
find tetrio, then add that flag to launch arguments
i am launching it via the tar.gz zip though
ok well then just add it to the command line
run it in the command line instead of clicking the exe
though if its kubuntu based the deb should be fine?
idk try things and let me know what works
linux support is a bit of a "you're on your own" both because of many possible configurations there are but also because giving low level technical support to Linux users is a bit tougher
I downloaded the deb file, installed and tried what you said. it works, but quick play is a bit laggy
hasn't crashed on me yet so thats a win
you could also try, when in the game, going to config -> desktop options, turning on hard vsync and then restarting the client
that might help with performance issues
I did what @green sorrel told me and it seems to be working. Turns out the client is reading all my pc and loading all the tetrio files (I downloaded the tar file multiple times) I went and cleaned them up, got rid of all Deb files and all traces of tetrio. Then I redownload the Deb file and put in the argument osk told me.
