With void surge active spin 0 has similar properties to clearing by stalling damage and adding to b2b, however your next piece will still get clipped rather than clutching like normal clears
since normal clutches still exist and clutches were disabled when receiving penalty lines implying that warping this rule isn't a crazy ask, i'm wondering if an extra exception was meant to be or could be added to spin 0s too

Clutch needs you to clear at least a line to trigger it
though, doesnt warlock count a spin zero as if it was a clear? it offsets garbage and prevents garbage entry
when you get penalized in warlock
it is NEVER clutch even if you clear line
(can clutch but only if you blockout and clear 1+ line and avoid getting penalized at same time)
no wonder why zero doesn't trigger clutch
