B2B chaining in ZEN

I want an option to use b2b chaining in zen, if you want to know why, its because it give me a reason to continue surviving and keeping the b2b when i try getting faster at lst so i have a higher apm

At B2B Stage 4 it's +4 on everything that sends b2b

That can amount to 6 lines per tss

At best surge is +2 on every attack (assuming you break it eventually)

Surge lowers b2b ceiling and increases its floor so if u didnt get very long b2b chains in s1 it's defs gonna get you more app
