#Duo revivals more noob-friendly?

Hello, I am a tetrio noob but already HUGELY addicted to it. I love the new quick play mode, it is so much fun. I would absolutely love to play it as a duo with friends, but I am struggling with the revival tasks so much! Like I have just learned the very basic double t-spin, but to revive a friend I have to know how to make I-spin, triple t-spin etc? It is so hard!

I get that to most of you all that is probably ezpz but pleeease please please is there any chance to make the duo climbing more noob-friendly? Maybe it could have a timer for like 1,5-2 minutes, so to revive your teammate, you either have to do the tasks or survive until the timer runs out? This would still make it a challenge for us who aren’t spin wizards at this game, and the wizards could still have fun completing all the tasks.

Thanks! ❤️

tbh i am a little surprised tspin mini was never removed from the revive tasks. you need to know some very obscure info to do that intuitively. i guess they figured that most of these other spin types are pretty obscure too

Some of the ones like no moving of X pieces in a row is also game breaking.

i'd argue those are better than "do a J-spin" as far as this request goes tbh

#

because at least a noob could do them

You are right

some J spins have always been intuitive for me. obviously I can't speak for everyone but

#

to me the classic overhand j/l spin is like

#

the piece hooking around the overhang?

#

idk

#

but

#

some of the tasks are quite hard I agree

yeah i'm talking about the ones who only use ↑ to rotate
should the design be overtly generous to them? rshrug
i'm sure the analytics would prove that there is a significant majority of people who don't ever use the Z key

okay

#

i will admit

#

i almost exclusively use up arrow

#

i triple rotate

#

BUT

#

i DO take my left hand off of C and space

#

in order to press Z or A if i need to do a spin

🤔

(but it still should provide a small hint at the Z key if the reviving palyer has only rotated clockwise during the climb)
