well, i use pipewire and everything just works™️

try doing that + pw-metadata -n settings 0 clock.quantum <value> where value you set to something like 2024 and change it till it doesn't crackle

this is not tetrio issue but your PC/soundcard issue, you need to change your quantum rate since your computer physically doesn't keep up with making new audio
