I've noticed that timestamps on some secret grade badges on profiles are missing which is weird because this is usually a timestamped badge.

it might be people who achieved the badge after a certain date don't have the timestamp, but idk

It's so weird because all the other timestamped badges have timestamps.

Here are some screenshots I took of profiles that have this problem. All of these users recently obtained the badge in May or June of this year.

The badges prior to the fix won't get a timestamp sadly
