#Give me More Install Options for Linux, Tarballs are a PITA

well the thing is you're not even really "installing it"
Also, git and flatpak(not sure about that one) Require open source code to install from, which tetrio does not provide publicly
either way i'm decently sure osk's alright with the coverage here since tarballs are very platform-agnostic
apparently someone made tetr.io desktop in the right format here: https://github.com/axtloss/tetrio_flatpak
A flatpak build of tetr.io. Contribute to axtloss/tetrio_flatpak development by creating an account on GitHub.
the AUR release isn't official so if you count that then you can count this too i guess lol
It is not
Afaik osk does not try to "hide" the code from everyone and is okay with people modding tetrio as long as people don't modify the game for cheating
tetr.io plus is much more of a patch than it is a fully fledged client
tetr.io is not open source, and not expressly licensed for your modifications, but yes, the code is only minified, not obfuscated
last time i used AUR release the chat while i was in a game i just could not see it 👍
ingame chat is togglable, and i have no reason to suspect the AUR release somehow disabled it
the chat was like transparent while in game but you could still interact with it
