i was in a s rank tetraleauge game and i was having very slow attack, idk if anything new was rolled out but here is what i got

osk is testing some changes to TL to gauge user reactions, and right now one of those changes is garbage travel speed going from 20 frames (0.333 seconds) to 50 frames (0.867 seconds). This is intended.
