I don't know about this one. A "Sprinter" badge makes more sense, where you finish a 40L holding 5+ or 6+ PPS, because it's meant to he an obtainable badge, not a title (which fits your request more). And even then it seems kinda questionable to me?

Reason #2 of why I don't like this request, it's not really thought out

It's super whimsical with a few inherent flaws, and there isn't much thought put behind it either nor is there further elaboration as to how it would really function or why it should be a thing other than "it's a cool stat"

Having the badge means jack shit if you can lose it at any time

I should also probably mention that it would incentivise striding to hell and back, and I'm pretty sure no one likes nor wants that
