can you tell me the browser and operating system?
@potent snow I'm using the downloaded version and I'm on Windows 10
Bluetooth or Wired?
Wired
oh, that's unfortunate
it appears the version of chrome that TETR.IO desktop uses doesn't support ps5 controllers
just tested it with my ds5
G dang
So is that something that can get fixed or would you just have to wait for Chrome to get updated to support ps5?
Hmmmmmm
the only fix is if we can update chrome further, but that's actually quite complicated
unfortunately, all i can recommend is using the chrome browser or a dualshock 4
tis planned though https://github.com/tetrio/issues/issues/1068
Checklist I've checked both open and recently closed issues to ensure this feature is not already requested. I am using the newest version of TETR.IO. I am certain this is a feature request...
which arent great solutions, i know
All good, I appreciate the help!
yeah but i cant find ANY information about the fucking controllers chrome supports and when
documentation is
trash
well its not very fun since Beta is the new Stable

I have a similar problem while playing in the browser using Chrome "111.0.5563.65 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: ByPass)" on Windows 10. Does anyone know which Chrome version might work with the PS5 controller?
it should be supported
i dont know why it wouldn't work
Test gamepads, controllers, joysticks, and other peripherals that use the web gamepad API. Compatible with XBox, Playstation, Switch, and many others.
you can test your gp on this site
Thank you! I did some experiments with the tester. It seems to be some kind of battle between Steam and Chrome. I found two solutions.
Solution 1: Close Steam before starting Chrome
Solution 2: Add Chrome into Steam as a game and use Steam to launch Chrome
oh yeahhh should mention
