lots of reasons, namely, the server only generates the top 1000 records in https://ch.tetr.io/s/40l_global because to do more would be to make larger files (and we all know how https://tetrio.team2xh.net/ fares with that kind of networking setup)

lots of work needs to be done before global position tracking is implemented, but it's definitely slated to be in the future
