I notice how there is a banner for "tetra league champion" however I see nothing for the #2, #3, or even top 10 spot. I feel like other banners should be included besides the #1 spot.

We can make #2 silver, #3 bronze and the rest could be anything really.

I think top 100 too much, the banner loses meaning then. and top 100 already have silver color for their position. I could see top 3 happening but again they already have the colored number. I think the banner is supposed to be unique for first place

and "top statistics banner" is just plain stupid: it'd be randomly assigned to the Thrower of the Day (could you imagine how slated the statistics would be if someone like smolfeesh threw after his 500+ APM openers?)
