I was playing blitz and I got a perfect clear but then as soon as I got the PC, tetrio froze and my PC got a BSOD.

I am using the desktop client on windows 11

hit Windows and look up "event viewer"

i believe our relevant information is in Windows Logs→System

sort by Level and look for Critical events

it might be buried in the Details when you click it, but i wouldn't be surprised if the stop code evaporates and all we get are debugging addresses

irregardless, unless you consider your computer's name personal info, you're not leaking anything by sharing a screenshot of the event
