Now I got it. You can ignore the error if you don't use Utilities. This was addressed in 2.7.2

On Android 9, if a user tries to upload an image from the Gallery and first clicks "Do not allow" and then re-clicks the button to upload an image from the gallery, the application crashes.

You can ignore the Utilities exception for now as its harmless.

Sorry for the trouble. The harmless errors are removed/fixed in 2.7.2

Btw, if you are interested, V3 Media services supports multiple content saving, selection and capturing with better options.

like album name, file name etc.
