And i can do these from personal experiences too; so im not just pulling these reasons out of my ass
Photosensitive content, strobe lights, rapid flashing, causes epileptic seizures.

Jumpscares: people with history of abuse or ptsd can have violent reactions to startles and scares, i played a horror game with someone one time with a similar history and they had a nervous breakdown and had to stop, can put people in horrible mental places.
